Climbing in Chulilla

Chulilla is a preferred destination for lovers of climbing, it has more than 1200 climbing routes and continuously growing in many sectors, with a wide variety of routes for all levels and tastes.

The long vertical plate routes equipped with parabolts and chemicals located in a 4 km long canyon with walls reaching 160 meters high and of great scenic value, the Turia River Canyon, stand out.

The graduation used is French. All kinds of grades (from 5 to 8+) and orientations make this school an ideal place for sport climbing.

The canyon has different orientations making it possible to climb in the sun or in the shade, depending on the time of year. In addition to the long climbing routes, there are also several routes of different lengths.

The town is very well connected by road and only 40 minutes from the airport. For all this, Chulilla has become the destination for sport climbing with the greatest projection in Europe, there are many climbing magazines and social networks that propose Chulilla as a preferred destination for international climbers.
